When providing services related to data entry, translation, DTP, network survey, talent dispatch and BPO, ORANGE CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") considers that it’s social responsibility and obligation to protect the personal information of customers, transaction-related personnel, registrants and employees of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the person concerned") involved in business. The following personal information protection policy is hereby formulated, and the "responsible person for personal information management" is designated to thoroughly educate all employees and provide appropriate protection.
- 1.Personal Information Acquisition
Personal information will be acquired by appropriate method only to the extent necessary for the Company's business. The purpose of personal information acquisition and use will be defined in "Consultation Service" before personal information acquisition.
- 2.Prohibition of Specific Personal Information Collection
The Company does not collect, use or provide personal information that could be socially discriminatory, unless the consent is obtained from the person concerned and legal formalities are completed.
- 3.Use of Personal Information
Personal information can only be used within the defined scope of use, except for orders based on laws and regulations. The consent of the person concerned will be required for any use of personal information beyond this scope. The Company uses personal information to reply to inquiries, contact applicants, enter data, complete translation or interpretation work, dispatch talents, and provide useful information (E-mail, FAX, telephone number) involved in the Company's business, and is duty-bound to manage the personal information properly.
- 4.Provision and Entrusted Management of Personal Information
The personal information provided to any third party is limited to scope of the use agreed by the person concerned. In addition, necessary contract with the receiver is required when the information is provided, and other statutory measures can be taken as necessary.
- 5.Implementation of Security Countermeasures
In order to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company strives to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, avoid the loss, destruction, tampering and leakage of personal information, and manage correction related matters properly.
- 6.Compliance with Laws and Regulations
In order to effectively protect personal information, the Company will comply with applicable laws and guidelines as well as national guidelines and other regulations.
- 7.Use Beyond Specified Scope
The Company will not handle personal information beyond the specified scope of use in the course of business activities. While taking appropriate measures, the Company will establish a personal information protection management system based on the "Personal Information Protection Management System Manual" of the Company for acquisition, use and provision of information and appropriate handling of information assets.
- 8.Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection
The Company will formulate internal regulations and set up management system, which will be implemented and continuously improved by all employees and relevant personnel.
- 9.Personal Information Consultation Service
"Consultation Service" will be set up for handling personal information and specific personal information.

Privacy Seal
The Company has developed a personal information protection and management system consistent with GB/T 35273-2017, and has established a proper personal information management system by designating management principals for departments dealing with personal information. In September 2020, the Company obtained the "Personal Privacy Seal" for personal information management from Dalian Software Industry Association (DSIA).
